Why The LA Clippers Will Be A More Athletic Team In 2023-24

One of, if not the biggest weakness for the Los Angeles Clippers in the Paul George and Kawhi Leonard era has been their lack of athleticism and rim pressure. They just haven’t been able to get two feet in the paint consistently so they went out and signed John Wall last Summer. When that didn’t work out, they replaced him with Russell Westbrook, who is one of the most athletic Point Guards in NBA History.

In this episode, die hard LA Clippers fan and Host Darian Vaziri breaks down why he thinks the 2023-24 team will be significantly more athletic than last year’s team. He talks about the main catalysts, Kenyon Martin Jr., and reacts to the recent comments of KJ, Kenyon Martin Sr., and Terance Mann on Podcast P.

  1. Another great show Darian.

I’m really excited for this upcoming season.

We got some exciting young players. KJ Martin, Kobe Brown, T-Mann, Bones Highland, BJ Boston and Moussa Diabaté

Ty Lou better play T-Mann, BN Boston, Kobe Brown , KJ Martin and Bones heavy minutes

  2. At the time of writing this, Marcus Morris is still on the Clippers, if this goes into next season, then good luck with KJ or KB playing, Morris will get his usually 30 minutes per game. What a joke.

  3. My impression of last year, was with PG and Kawhi's health issues, Ty was operating from insecurity. Looking back at the previous year, he felt very comfortable with Reggie and Mook on the floor. Last year he seemed risk adverse with young and unfamiliar players (Roco). I'm hoping he has shaken that attitude and is willing to give REAL floor time KJ, Kobe Brown, Bones, TMann, Moussa AND Roco.
