The reason there hasn’t been any other trade offers is because Dame poisoned the well with his tampering. Now that he’s been warned by Silver, he retracted his implications that he would only play fir Miami. After the GMs get back from vacations, there will be more offers made.

There's no reason for Goodwin to call other teams EXCEPT to threaten Dame won't play there. Who really cares if he's happy? They pay him to play, not to be happy. By saying he wouldn't be happy, it's intimating that he won't play (or play his hardest).
It's sort of a situation akin to the line, "It would be a shame if something bad happened to your business here…"
