Reserves like Thaddeus Young, Otto Porter Jr., Chris Boucher, Malachi Flynn and Precious Achiuwa would all benefit from stability in their roles and it’s difficult to see that coming to fruition unless some changes are made to the team.

Toronto doesn't need guys who are going to compete with their young guys who are still trying to find their way (OG, Gary, Precious, Scottie included as young guys). They need guys that will help them and show them the way. They have a next man up crew of vets who can back up each others minutes.

Makes Thad even more expendable than he already was. Hopefully there's a trade to even out the roster cause this mix of talent is disappointing even though the individual talents are there.
Almost starting to wonder if siakem would take a below market contract to stay with raptors long term. Only way I can see keeping him really worth it. Just a thought
I think, cause the Raps have a few new toys.. its easy to forget how good Boucher is at the things the new coach wants. Both on Offense and defense he's better than alotta those guys mentioned. Esp if Boucher is hitting his 3.. moving the ball and cutting/rebounding..
