  1. Nah,doesn’t make sense,Poole is a combo guard who dropped the ball hard and couldn’t make good passes, one of the main reason GSW was bad last season . Not to say he’s a score first guard rather than a facilitator ,on a way overpaid contract.
The Spurs need a good facilitator who got range, while he only got range with low efficiency and %,it doesn’t fit the system,
and he’s not what the team need whatsoever.

  2. Would have added more drama when we played against the warriors…but probably a good thing he didn't end up on our team

  3. Although Jordan Poole was a tad short of horrendous in the last playoffs he was in, he did have an amazing sophmore year and a decent 3rd year, and leading up to this last playoff run he had been dealing all season with bad chemistry due to the punch by Draymond. I think if the spurs got a hold on him and Pop was able to unlock some unselfishness in him while also putting to good use his scoring punch, he would have been a tremendous asset for us. Only downside woulda been taking away playing time from some of the young guys. It would have been a fun experiment but I also don't think the spurs are wrong for not going for it

  4. Believe it or not supposedly they had wanted to take him 29th in the 2019 draft, but Golden State took him at 28th and Keldon Johnson was their guy all along. Also I think Poole will kill on the Wizards.

  5. spurs are relying through their old model of draft and develop BUT all they do is piss off players now or trade them away. free agents dont want to have anything to do with our small market. wemby will be good but not an all star. also the spurs wont break 500 this year. save my comment 😢 sorry clan

  6. I'm not a huge fan of Poole, but I feel he still has plenty in his tank for a decent career. The physical skill is there, just needs to get over the mental part, which I'm sure he will do. More importantly, its enjoyable to see the Spurs working on so many prospective deals. Its a refreshing change from seemingly never being involved in free agency or trades.
