I think Amen Thompson is easily the highest ceiling player on the Houston Rockets. I think he has franchise player upside. He’s one of the most unique talents to enter the NBA in recent memory. From his physical and athletic profile. To his skillset and projections. And his path to the NBA.

How I foresee his rookie year…
1. He will start off on the bench getting 25-30 minutes. He will probably average around 12 points | 3 rebounds | 6 assist
2. The Rockets will be bad enough by the all star break that they will likely want to see what Amen can do with the starters
3. Amen will then play 30-35 minutes per game. He will show out and finish the season as the face of the franchise. Average 19 points | 6 rebounds | 8 assist
