  1. So they paid a part-time injury prone player $186M who over the last 3 seasons played 56, 40, and 36 games which averages out to 44 games. That's insane. Good for him stupid on the Lakers and they will regret it

  2. If I remember correctly, this is the SECOND time Anthony Davis has been the highest paid player after he signed a $150 million contract in 2015. If Im wrong let me know

  3. I bet LeBron now wishes he had been a free agent. AD getting that kind of Money is going to set the Lakers back and considering AD is injury prone I don't see the Lakers winning a championship anytime soon

  4. Dis a joke my ninja dis brotha is made a glass an u gonna give him dat much dineros dats dum asf tho what a stupid deal dayum cray cray no cap

  5. I’m glad Davis is staying another 3 years. With D Angelo and reeves, the next 3 years are looking good for the Lakers.Easily a playoff team

  6. I personally don’t think AD will be on the Lakers for the full length of his contract. The Lakers did this to have him under their control so they can trade him a year later and recoup assets. The alternative is that they use AD to attract another star to LA which is possible but I don’t think is likely

  7. If Jaylen Brown isn’t worth his contract, then AD definitely isn’t worth this one.

  8. The league is going mad, they will regret all these stupid contracts. Too mant things need to go right for the lakers to have a legit chance at winning

  9. I really don’t get the outrage from this contract he’s coming off on of his best seasons as a Laker was the best player on their playoff run he’s the best defender in the league and arguably a top 5 player and we act like he’s Jaylen Brown😂 and let’s stop acting like some of the injuries he suffered were just freak injuries he couldn’t do anything about plus the cap increase 10% every year so down the line this contract will be a steal

  10. It’s sad how much talent the Lakers have let go.

Jordan Clarkson, Josh Hart, Lonzo, Ingrahm, Caruso, Kuzma, Randle, Brook Lopez, D-Lo.
    Even guys like Nance Jr.

Just a weird franchise and current ownership hasn’t shown patience for development, but then they will let guys go and resign THT. Hopefully this offseason is the start of a new direction and they begin to try to retain talent like they did with Rui & AR.

  11. It's the Lakers! They'll always land a top-tier player somehow.
As for Bronny James… LeBron, Rich Paul, and the Lakers will most likely draft him in the 2nd rd or sign him as an undrafted free agent.

  12. Bronny James is probably one of the biggest wildcards in draft history. The name value alone brings a lot of attention and revenue for your franchise, and then the LeBron joining him thing just adds to that. However, he isn't exactly the BEST prospect or anything, and with his heart attack scare, there's a realistic probability of him not even being drafted. One of the most interesting players in this upcoming draft for sure.
