So happy to have Reaves. I was sad when AC wasn’t retained but losing Reaves would’ve really hurt
Just love having home grown talent in the roster. Reminds me of the Van Exel, peeler, lynch days

The few teams that had cap space could t afford to wait on reaves. Rockets who were in play had a great off season. Imagine losing out on vanvleet cuz you wanted to gamble on the lakers not matching. Also the whole trolling another team by forcing them to pay more just because is bad practice. Every team will eventually have an asset that another team will covet and if it comes down to doing business with 1 of 2 teams it would suck to be the team that the organization hates out of past pettiness.
