Of fucking course we would have. The annoying Rockets fans who want to pretend that they’d have a chance are simply kidding themselves. I’ve come across a few of them and they are some of the most delusional people haha
Clyde Drexler already lost one finals to us, and he’d definitely go 0-2.
Edit: my bad Drexler wasn’t there until the second. Point stands, we’d win either way.

L O L, of course. Try beating Michael Jordan in his prime four times out of seven.

I think Houston still gets one of the two at least.

94 probably. 95 is more Nuanced. There are a lot more factors in 95. Fatigue is a huge one. Jordan probably could be fine going to 6 straight finals but what about the rest of the team? Not to mention the teams that the bulls struggled the most with were those with dominant bigs. Whether it be Ewing in the east or Malone in 97 and 98 bugs were our biggest hurdle. In 95 we wouldn’t have rodman or Horace grant while the rockets have one of the greatest two way bigs ever and an all time great small forward. I know I will get downvoted to hell for this but Jordan was 10-13 against hakeem for their careers. Clyde without the dominant big took us to 6 games in 92 so adding hakeem to the equation makes it a toss up. It’s less about Jordans capabilities in these finals and more how the rest of the bulls hold up

In 94 absolutely. In 95, assuming there’s no Grant and Rodman, no.

Houston would’ve got one. No answer for prime Hakeem.

Hakeem was a beast. Probably a top 3 center ever. I love MJ and I think the Bulls would most likely beat the Rockets in 94. But in 95, Hakeem would absolutely dominate us. We would probably split it. So Bulls in 94 and Rockets in 95.
90-93 the Bulls had trouble with the Rockets in the regular season. You also would have had the Bulls going the distance 4 years in a row, with just an incredible amount of playoff mileage.
This would have been the toughest finals opponent for the Bulls and I think it would have went 7 and the homer in me says Jordan would have been the difference to go 4 in a row in 94.
Beyond that though I don’t know, that year after year of playoff mileage had to catch up to them at some point.

Nobody beats prime MJ and prime Pippen
Don’t even have to think about this. Of course.
