Amit Mann is joined by Eric Koreen to discuss players on the Raptors that could rebound under Darko Rajakovic.
Numerous players on Toronto are heading into important NBA seasons. Precious Achiuwa and Gary Trent Jr. want to dispel any memories from last season while a player like Christian Koloko could see an uptick since he joins Jakob Poeltl as the only true centers on the roster.
Darko Rajakovic’s offence will likely have more tempo, player movement and cutting which should help several Raptors play a style better suited to their skills. Although, similar to last season, spacing could be limited on the court if Toronto doesn’t feature the 3-point shooting necessary.

Boggles my mind how so-called experts forget to mention the top 2 players:
Scottie
OG.
Utah got collins for rudy gay and a second massi could have easily offered thad and otto plus a second for collins that would have been worth it.
“Getting Gary Trent in more advantageous situations?” What are you saying, Eric? He had plenty of such situations last year. Perhaps if he would pause and consider passing the ball rather than immediately go for his own shot (teams do collapse on him, knowing he’s not going to pass), that would be a plus. And hey … he may even approach 1.5-2 assists per game!
