The problem with Christian Wood is his defense. Also he is looking for a more prominent role and the Cs won't be able to make that happened with Horford, Porzingis and Timelord as possible starters. He would be a great insurance policy should one of the aforementioned starters need to sit out games due to load management or injuries.
