Nah bro not really. The Dallas Cowboys don’t set aside roster spots for the cheerleaders no matter how high they kick their legs.

  2. monkey-pox

You got paid good money to do pretty much nothing

  3. I mean yeah it’s tough, but coming from a simpleton you are millionaire and got to play NBA basketball.

  4. cypherdust

Dwight Powell is taking over as the new locker room glue guy/comedian. Don’t like Canadian jokes? Too bad

  5. Dynamicdonkey83

You either die immaculate or live to become maculate 🙁

  6. TheDeadman95

Fuck outta here bro, you got a guaranteed NBA contract solely for vibes and you have shame posting these petty tweets out there.

  7. Not cool Theo. You had your chance last year. Played way more games than I would like you too. You got some opportunity to prove yourself as an on court contributor.

Man, glad we no longer have Pinson, Holiday, Bertans and the like.

This is like the second offseason where Nico purge the end of the bench players.

  8. Powpowpowowowow

I think he was great for the vibes when we had spencer/Dodo/Reggie/JB, he fit in better with that. He kind of disappeared from that energy guy role on the bench and honestly, we got Grant Williams now and I think him and Theo would have got along but quite frankly we just have too much young talent to waste a roster spot on Theo to be the glue guy.

We have a flat earther and a guy who speaks broken english running our team. The personality fits for the team are weird and thats ok, it works out on the court and Theo is not filling any roles we don’t already have bottom line.

  9. desirox

No bro, if you just wanna hype guys up join the team as a player personnel guy. We need actual NBA players. I’m glad we ditched him and Frank

  10. hurricanesznsover

Any random on this thread is as good as you are on an NBA court bum.

  11. Comfortable_Wish3026

Maybe sign with our G-league team

  12. jennyisafriend

Lmao tweet deleted. I’m so glad this guy is gone. Theo you’re valued in New York.

  13. jennyisafriend

What’s crazy is he actually thought he was a beloved Mav.

  14. busta_wolf

Championship teams can’t be paying 2 million dollar contracts to cheerleaders sorry bro

  15. NeptuneOW

He’s hilarious and a great locker room guy, but doesn’t provide much eose

  16. Mal_Swansky

If he made that tweet, sucks that he’s taking it personally — I would’ve hoped that a guy in his position would understand that for a team that missed the playoffs despite having Luka & Kyrie, the desire for significant turnover was inevitable. Thank you for your contributions, Theo!

  17. For everyone clowning him, players #13-15 aren’t expected to get minutes and getting a team full of players creates lots of locker room problems.

That’s why guys like Pinson are valuable. Enough talent to belong, but knows their role enough not to expect PT.

  18. bloodydingbat

Paid to be a professional cheerleader and this is how you sign out?

Says more about his character. Could have been classy and just said ‘thank you Mavs nation’ and go out with a positive.

  19. whitefang0824

Dude thinks he is HIM when basically just squeeze his way and get a guaranteed contract on the team for being just a hype guy.

Dude, you won’t be in the league for another year if not for Mavs. Look where you are now lol.

  20. Dude was stealing money. Fuck outta here.

  21. Man. I love you. Don’t be salty. It doesn’t look good when you aren’t that good on the court.

  22. trapHerm

I liked him , but we got better guys 12-15 , last year if those guys in we kinda toast lol

  23. Good team don’t use a spot on a cheerleader.
It’s ok to spend a spot on vet that is there to set example and offer guidance, but to spend it on a cheerleader (especially when it’s a team like Mavs that already have 1-2 Spot spend on deadwood) is a no no

  24. dantheflyingman

Is this because the last Mavs roster spot is gone?

  25. tcox0010

He was valued quite a lot! Had heart, was a great teammate and locker room guy! Got paid for that, prob more than was deserved. He just isn’t an NBA caliber player on the court.

  26. Complexity777

You weren’t valued because you sucked.
