It's crazy how young he is I feel like I've been dunking on people with him on 2K for 10 years! 7pts 4 rebs per game would be a steal if he played 15 minutes a game, he probably will play sparingly but he's a great cheap pickup. Can't wait to see Luka and KY throw him some lobs!
Too many 5-7 pts guys now. Requirement is that third 20+ pts guy and a center.
I feel this team is going to make a deep run. Been MFFL since 2001. This feels different than what we are use to. Idk what mid trade we do. But if we get a center mid trade we are going to finals.
The issue we all have with the Mavs is they have TOO many guys at the same position(s) who do the same things which will SEVERELY limit their minutes:

Josh, OMax, Grant, Derrick

The problem the Mavs are having is they have too much depth (which is a good problem to have)
Yesterday Isaac did a transition that for once didn't have a long awkward pause after cueing. Maybe Nic can compare notes? Perhaps tighten it up a little?
Luka is going to average a triple double this year.

I still think they need a 3rd ball handler who can replace what dinwiddie did when the Mavs went to the western conference finals. And a bonafide starting center.
I like what the Mavs are doing. They are slowly drifting away from living and dying by the 3, to adding as many players as possible, that can run, cut, slash and finish lobs. The team should be able to play much more versatile as they did the last couple of years. Both Luka and Kyrie are capable of so much more in creating offense, than just constant penetration and kick out passing.
Even Luka has been working on improving movement and quickness. I think they won't be the slowest offence any more.
When Luka is off the floor I could easily see a small ball lineup of Kyrie, Exum, Green, Jones Jr. and Williams, that would just run a bigger or slower team out of the gym.
Modern bakery and Reginaâs both in the north end are great spots in Boston.
