In my opinion, watching A LOT of NBA basketball last year, Sabonis was probably a top 5 player in league. I see why he came in 5th in MVP rankings. 19-12-7 his avg is INSANE for a center

I'm a Kings fan but i just dont think Sabonis is that guy. Only way for us to contend as currently constructed is to get serious defensive contributions from unexpected/unheralded guys over the next few years. (2nd round picks, low salary guys, etc). Also we will need Keegan and Malik to improve and become legit 2nd and 3rd options offensively so that Sabonis can be in a more suitable role
I'm so glad for the Kings fans, I remember the series vs the Lakers when the refs and the League stole the series, and basically the ring, 76ers were much worse team! 2002 I guess? C Webb, White Chocolate, Divac, Peja, Bibby etc.
