Love it. I critiqued a past sengun workout in the past because I wasn’t convinced of its efficacy or safety. These movement look great for muscular hypertrophy and endurance. Excited to see the results from some good resistance training. Not entirely sold on the lunges with the kettlebell in an upright row position because there’s better ways to carry the load without putting your shoulders in a potentially impingement causing position. However a kettlebell with the curved handle offers slightly better positioning for the shoulder joint for long term cartilage health.
If you are reading this, do not do upright rows. There are much better exercises for loading the deltoids without moderate to high risk of injury
