Celtics have announced full 5-game preseason schedule
10/8 vs. Philadelphia, 6:00 p.m.
10/9 at New York, 7:30 p.m.
10/11 at Philadelphia, 7:00 p.m.
10/17 vs. New York, 7:30 p.m.
10/19 at Charlotte, 7:00 p.m.

Actual season start seems to be late this year, last week of October?
Having a back to back in the preseason seems a little silly, but scheduling can be tough. I’d guess they don’t play the starters much in the second game and we see a lot of Walsh, Kornet, and Banton
Who’s ready to read way too much into some inconsequential games?
I swear, we always have Charlotte in our preseason game. Every fucking time.
At least we’re not playing Charlotte 3 times in a row lol
I miss when the C’s played preseason games in Hartford, Worcester, etc. I think it would be really cool if more NBA utilized the preseason as an opportunity to bring games to places that are too small to support a team.

Until March, it’s all preseason.
Banton – Walsh – Hauser – Brissett – Kornet
Those guys all need to log serious “preseason” minutes so they can, if they have to, later. And the bench is the Red Claws and vet minimum signings.
The Celtics should send the Jays, White, Al, Rob, and KP to the Bahamas for a “team-building exercise” until the 16th.
