How did I miss this from my overrated food draft yesterday. Got to be top 3. Chicken wings. Took a real genius to work out how to offload the worst part of a chicken by covering it in unheathy sauces. You have thighs, drumsticks and breast. Why bother with these inconvenient and less tasty appendages. Mostly bone and skin.
