With the Utah Jazz ranked 12th in the west in the early preseason power rankings 15 teams in the west and the top 10 teams making it in to at least the play in tournament. They guy make their case for 2 teams that the jazz are better than this season that can land the Jazz in the top 10 (aka) the playoffs.
