Russell was a big difference in the Denver series if D'Angelo scores his normal 17 to 18 points the series goes a lot longer although I do believe it was the Nugget's year

You keep D'Angelo Russell because the other 2 perimeter players Austin Reaves and Jarred Vanderbilt can't make 2.7—-3-pointers per game off high volume 6.5 attempts during 82-Game Regular season NBA that's too many games to maintain that average made.
D'Angelo Russell's former Minnesota T-Wolves and former Brooklyn Nets teammate 6'7 Taurean Prince. Previously established team chemistry just reunite those 2 on the 1st Unit.

DLo needs to go. He ain’t gon be happy being the 4th or 5th option on the Lakers. He’s better off in Dallas w Luka as the second option. Kyrie’s a better fit w the Lakers than DLo is, I’m just keeping it real. Lakers need a closer to close games and take pressure off of AD & Bron’s shoulders offensively

Firstly …..again they literally said publicy during the playoffs they did not want to bench dlo because they didn’t want any complications during free agency so any “fan” who didn’t expect this they’re not “fans”
secondly he was the best pg not named kyrie in free agency
Thirdly we had no pg to bank on either way so it was even MORE LIKELY he was coming back
Fourthly this is not what you eluded to nor pointed out when talking about gabe ….. and to the “fans” he’ll be here for the year and not being traded at the deadline like some thought
He has great upside and a great fit around bron and AD – more pick and roll plays with AD and off ball 3 point shooting and I think it will change people's minds about DLo

DLo had a near 50/40/90 season last year. I’m glad he is back.

Id honestly rather have WB over DLO. Ion fukk wit shooters who can’t do none besides shoot. Hes solid player but he has no dawg no scrappiness he soft.
Good trade chip also when the moments matter no one respects DLO shot
Say what u want about Russ but he fed AD honestly more than Bron and had Wenyon and TB looking great. Give him some credit. Especially was a great pick and roll passer.

Personally, I’m so happy that we retain Dlo. He’s very solid and is good at his role. He’s a great option for us as 3 or 4 best players on the court and has great chemistry with AD and LBJ. So happy that we have him back
