I’m Trading Harden for best value I can get then work around Embiid Maxey and Harris until the trade deadline. I think you would be an a better and more flexible situation
If it is proven that Morey did lie, he will never get a job in the NBA again because no player will do business with him and teams will blackball him
If this becomes a stalemate hold-out that extends well into the season, the sixers might be in serious jeopardy of losing Embiid. This will be Embiid's 2nd star teammate (the other being Ben Simmons) to force his way out. Embiid might start to lose trust and patience with the organization, if he hasn't already. Daryl Morey has a lot of pressure on him to figure this out quickly so this season won't be a waste just like it was a couple of years ago when Ben held out for a whole year. If this happens again, Embiid surely is leaving.
The funny part about this is Harden/Morey made an illegal agreement to have Harden take less money last year so the upcoming year Harden can get his raise. Then Morey backed out of this illegal agreement (not because it was illegal because Harden isn't that good), and now Harden is like "We had an illegal deal and Morey lied to me about this illegal deal, give me my illegal money god damnit"
