Yeah I like the idea of Eric Gordon starting especially in the playoffs truly a valuable pickup. I don’t think Argentina had a real 7 ft’er but I’m starting to think this is what ayton needs, let’s hope it carry’s over. I don’t love him relying on the middy too much but it sure looks money.
Tell me about DA's Defense though
I'd rather see him come off the bench. Also, it doesn't matter who starts, it matters who plays the last 10 minutes of the game and Gordon will more than likely be in that lineup.
Ayton looking great. Improving around the margins, looking confident and vocal. Defense has been more active as is boxing out. He's still doing his usual Ayton stuff, not driving and settling for the midrange. Handle is still iffy though it looks like he used less butter on his hands during the game. But this all being on his own with his own team, no Vogel yet, is a positive. Confidence boosting games and letting him practice against actual players is valuable no matter what setting
The starting lineup doesn't need more scores it needs a defender and our bench needs more scoring. Gordon being in the starting lineup does not make any sense plus it is very likely that he will be in our closing lineup

Wouldn’t mind him at the 2 for some games and book sliding down to the 3 , kd at the 4, ayton the 5 obviously with Bradley Beal as the Pg …death lineup for sure
I’d rather start KBD so that KD and Booker can play their natural positions. KBD shoots 39% from 3 and plays D as well.
