The Orlando Magic are showing big signs of potential as they finished the 2022-23 season 29-28 after starting 8-20. Their young core of Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, Markelle Fultz, and other key role players make this a fast-rising Eastern Conference team. Can they take a leap this year? I think they will, and I also think they’re worth checking out. The Magic will be worth watching in the 2023-24 season, and here’s why!
This is a series introducing each team to a new NBA fan, or anyone looking to invest in a new team. What should you be aware of heading into the next season? What players are worth paying attention to? What story lines should you know? Basically, a quick intro to a team you’re curious about.

Respect! Definitely did not expect for you to know so much about our team. You hit the usual talking points but you added the context for our rough start (literally no PG’s) and most of us Magic fans agree 40ish wins and a play-in birth should be the goal. Well done!
Suggs isn’t really a 3&d guy and doesn’t project to be that type of playerIMO. His defense is great, his 3pt shooting isn’t. He may become an above average shooter but I would say Suggs is more of a combo guard with elite defense than a 3&d specialist. All in all a good video though.
