Scottie used to sound very different just a few years ago. He changed his tune after The Last Dance, and it soured even more after Jordans son started dating his ex wife.

Scottie Pippen’s loyalty to Michael Jordan is undeniable, and his words about carrying him off the floor during the Flu Game are testament to that. It’s a reminder of how much Jordan meant to him. It’s a touching moment that will stay with us for a long time.

I miss when Scottie was whole instead of this hurt, lashing out Pip we see today.

Hope Pip finds some solace on his life soon.

Scottie got sick of being another arm in MJ’s PR machine. Got sick of being cast aside as a second fiddle. Truth is though, without MJ, Scottie’s just an afterthought and while not forgotten, certainly not someone people clamor for. He could accept his role and milk it playing the gracious sidekick or the sour grapes he has now. Scottie was always kind of a whiner, never liked his personality. It’s a shame though he doesn’t bask in the role and glory that would benefit him I think. Hope he’s doing well.

This must be before he had salty balls, before his wife messed with future, before the last dance. This man’s been broken down.
