He would be much more useful in todays game. Cavs didn’t quite know how to maximize his talents, although even having him next to lebron showed some signs of understanding what the offense should look like.

I remember watching the Cavs warm up at the Q with a roster book in front of me and pointing out to my dad I see Donyell Marshall. That’s my Donyell Marshall memory. He’s my go-to “name a random Cavalier” guy.

Me and my dad always had our random favorite role players throughout the years. Mine was donyell growing up. One memory that sticks in my head was him going off on his birthday or sometime shortly after. Think he dropped like 30 or something

Donyell had the record for most 3s in a game for a number of years when he had 12 w/ the raptors

I remember liking both him and Damon Jones immediately from their first press conference when we signed them. We were so pumped to have signed two quality shooters for LeBron to dish to because it was slim pickings his first two years. And they were both so darn likable to boot.
