What did you think of Porzingis when NY drafted him? And how would you react if I told you that years later, his availability greatly impacts the chances of Banner #18?

I thought he was an incredibly interesting prospect, and reaffirmed my position that Knicks fan suck

I think those hats were fucking horrible. Maybe it’s just the pukey orange and blue combo. Yuck

He looked amazing when he was with NY any time he’d play the Cs. Smoothly draining 3s from Curry range, it was crazy. I wanted Ainge to trade for him back when he went to Dallas, and funnily enough Brad gets him a few years later.

Thought he was great. Still think he’s very good.

You’re saying a big man with an injury history history could be a make or break factor in us winning a championship? I’m hearing this for the first time.

live in the NYC area so i got to watch a lot of his games. immediately looked like a difference maker. he’s surprisingly smooth and athletic. pre ACL he was on crazy heater to start the season.
it’s a risk but he’s gonna surprise a lot of fans in a good way, i think.

I didn’t know anything about him but I immediately liked him and felt sad that the New York fans booed him before he ever played a game for them.
