This season is about opportunity to grow, to build a real championship culture and to establish foundational principles for this team to succeed going forward.

A healthy and confident Ben Simmons is box office. Fingers crossed he has worked on his free throws & jump shot.
The very title of this video is pessimistic at best. But as a fan of the Nets, if we’re not going to 5out with our offense like most teams play. , which they can’t because neither Ben Simmons or Nick Claxton can shoot and you need at least 4 shooters to players 5out. I dont see too many teams that put any less than 4 shooters on the court. It’s the most effective way to play. The Nets need to trade one of them.
My vote is Claxton. Personally if Ben Simmons shows any sign that he’s Philly Ben again i would trad Claxton for a stretch big like Myles Turner,K-Towns, Kristaps P etc
I remember when Embid was out for the Sixers and they put all shooters and scorers around Ben and he took them on a winning streak while averaging Damn near a 20pt triple double and being arguably the best defensive player in the Nba (He was)
The ceiling of the Nets if Ben is healthy and allowed to be himself is pretty fucking high.
