I think the downtown stadium is bad idea and this fairytale that suburbanites will just use septa is such an unknown variable that if its needed for success, it won’t be successful.
I know they have years to fix the issues but septa has never been reliable enough to me, especially for how much it costs, to be a great first or second option. It’s going to cost so much money to get septa working properly enough to handle this project and even more money to maintain a standard high enough to be the answer to the “how do we handle the traffic”
