DWade should still be in jail for his attempted murder of Rajon Rondo.

I donât think there is any debating that Paul is a more clutch player. Pierce is tied with Lebron (7) for third most all time buzzer beaters. Wade is tied in 4th with 5.
Thereâs also the eye test – Pierce could hit threes, his elbow jumper, take it to the rim, or even catch the ball with his back to the basket. As RJ says, his arsenal is greater than Wadeâs in the clutch.
I canât talk about how clutch he was without including this –
I mean pierce was definitely a more clutch player due to the fact that he was a far better shooter than D wade he also in my opinion is better in terms of the eye test in that he could score in a lot more situations than d wade including with his back to the basket from three from the elbow and of course attacking the rim

Pierce was a 3-level scorer. D-Wade was one-dimensional, and his athleticism made him dominant.

I have always said that Richard Jefferson is the smartest retired NBA player.

Wade had a higher, but shorter peak than Pierce. I think Pierce was the better overall player.
Wadeâs peak was pretty heavily inflated by two things:
* Wade really lived by the whistle. He contortions and going for a whistle rather than bucket were Harden like. The 2006 reffing was fucking absurd, almost as crooked as 2002 WCF. I maintain this title is tainted. * Wades titles were with LeBron and Shaqâs last bit of prime gas. Hard to call him the best player on the team.
Kobe, Wade, and Pierce were *much* closer in abilities than people realize – the (team) results, sizes of fan bases, and flashy highlight reels really warp perceptions.
If you swapped any of those three for any of the others on their championship teams, I think you get the same outcomes.

Itâs not surprising if you actually are familiar with Paul Pierce

Thatâs a no brainer opinion.
