  1. Really feel for Jordan on that loss. Good to see him showing out though. Finland looked miserable against Australia however. Couldn't get in to anything with the defensive pressure they were applying

  2. I’ve got the Grizzlies as a top 4 seed. Grizzlies have been #2 for two straight seasons and play well without Ja Morant. Marcus Smart is a big upgrade from Dillon Brooks IMO.

  3. We should probably pump the brakes on needing KD or Devin Booker or Jayson Tatum or Paul George to win… KD hasn't won without the warriors, Booker couldn't even make the playoffs until CP3 came along, Tatum hasn't won, PG hasn't won, AD couldn't do it without LeBron… Everyone is ringless until they win it. It takes a team to do it. If Lauri wins it, and hes the best player on the team, he'll suddenly be top 5.

  4. Why does everybody think Hardy HAS to have a absolutely locked-in, rigid, Jerry Sloan-style rotation?? And have it all figured out by Game 1?

Also, has it occurred to anybody else that "Shooting Guard', "Point Guard", "Small Forward" etc., are nothing but LABELS? There are forwards who can pass, guards who can rebound and bigs who can shoot 3s. These tasks are not rigidly limited by size and are not mutually exclusive.

Finally, does anyone have enough respect for Coach Hardy to maybe consider he can use players in new ways, and that he can help them develop new skills and improve existing ones???

SOME analysts get their precious numbers from the previous year and that's who the player is, no variation or improvement. I don't think the Jazz are limited by what the players on their roster have done in the past.
