Giannis will have 1 year left on his deal next summer so when he request a trade to Miami they’ll have to send him to Miami. No team is trading all of their assets for Giannis only for him to walk at the end of the season.
I do agree that Giannis needs to come out and say MIAMI HEAT, but I understand why he can’t and won’t. Bottom line is, it’s a gamble for the Heat to wait but they have to. Giannis turns the Heat into a dynasty. Dame turns them in the 2024 NBA Champions but beyond that is unknown. If we’re going to trade our only superstar trade package, it better be for a younger superstar. Not a 33 year old that can’t even win in the city he’s been with for 11 years.
