  1. Yeah bro, could you break down why trae aint in the squad, is it a dream team with Isiah type situation again or sthg?

  2. So why would Spurs office be afraid of Lakers matching the deal? Do you think that the Spurs will try and make future moves on him and want the contract to be reasonable in the future? Otherwise it sounds like Lakers matching the max would be a benefit to the Spurs

  3. Austin reaves is literally a better player than young, if you don’t understand why then you don’t know ball.

  4. The couple of clips I saw of AR carving up the Warriors was gravy man. He's got a nice bag, I'm glad the Lakers kept him

  5. AR15 is that guy who's had his feet held to the fire, he's had to imagine being out of this league and it gives him that mental edge that a lot of these spoiled players don't have.

You ask him to do something he does it – to the best of his ability. He doesn't pout and feel sorry for himself he just puts his head down and makes it happen, that gets you a long way in this league.

  6. Reaves is not primarily concerned with contract dollars. He wants to get paid of course, but more importantly he wants to continue to learn from Lebron. He also knows remaining a Laker means maximum global visibility. His boyhood idol was Kobe, who understood and capitalized on this better than almost anyone in NBA history. Reaves also has an important intangible in common with Kobe, and Magic before him: he's really hard not to like. Besides talent, that is the #1 brand-building attribute.
