Jonathan Kuminga: The Rise Of The Next Warriors Superstar

At only 20 years old and already headed into his 3rd season. Jonathan Kuminga is currently the warriors best prospect. He’s showing all the signs of developing into an incredible two-way player. Will the Warriors allow him to grow into his own?

  1. Kerr said JK should be ready for a full rotational role. JK has done nothing this summer to dispell that notion. That sounds like 20 – 25 min a night to me.

  2. 2nd unit, CP3, JK, Moody, GP II and Saric, could beat most of NBA starting 5. We're gonna have fun this season. Dub Nation 4 ever!🏀⛹🏿‍♂👊🏼

  3. Kuminga is going to show Kerr what the warriors missed in last years playoffs. btw, Kerr is showing all these players he is coaching our system. DUMB

  4. If they let JK and MM finally get some playing time this year and JK in particular takes that next step, then you can pencil the Dubs in as winners next year.

  5. Jk minutes are going to increase. They had to shelf him to pump up Poole's value in order to move him more easily. Now, with a real point guard not trying to impress baddies, he will be far more effective on the second unit.

  6. I hope rises to where he has supposed to get, at this point is up to him to put the work and forget about Kerr . the warriors development program is somehow overrated . and the talent evaluation staff has dropped the ball multiple times they knew Wiseman had zero reps in college and took it anyway , knowing that they use centers in limited roles, then why take a center that high in the draft, besides you don't have a veteran center for the kid to look after , draymond is not a center , he can teach defensive master classes but can't teach offensive moves to a young player that want to be like Kevin Garnett… I hope Kerr don't hurt kuminga trajectory ..

  7. Wassup Swish! Good to see you making the vids. Did Kuminga get taller? Looks like he grew a bit

  8. I fullly expect him to play some starter minutes but to play the main rotational position behind Wiggins, Dray and occasionally looney throughout the year. Kerr loved to play with his lineups and test versatility throughout early season/preseason. Jks proven himself to be the eventual replacement for Wiggins

  9. Kuminga is going to get 18 mins a game if he doesn't crash boards and fouls too much – or – he's going to get 25-28 mins a night if he rebs and plays with energy. It is really up to him.

  10. I feel like the 2nd unit can have some good size with a CP3 and MM back court, and a JK TJD, and Saric front court. Spacing is quite good as well, TJD is the only non shooter.

  11. I believe in JK but he has to take a step up mentally if he wants 20+ minutes a game. Hes clearly talented but sometimes not motivated and sort of pouty if he isnt getting his way. I think he is ready for a regular spot in this rotation but he needs to focus on being a hustle player if he wants Kerr to notice him.
