Why do this? It’s a no-win situation.
Either you blow the doors off Madrid, and nobody cares because that’s what’s supposed to happen
Or Madrid keeps it close and it’s a huge embarrassment
Combined with Madrid treating this like the biggest game of their entire life, while for the Mavs it’s even less than a preseason game.
Visiting your girlfriends ex is never good.
Can’t wait to see this game ngl.
But the problem with the NBA teams is that they make so much money that they don’t take these kind of games seriously.
They play the starters 1 quarter and then they let them rest.
