Such a guard heavy draft…
I was literally just watching a Bill Simmons video talking about how weird the 2020 draft was because of the Covid shutdowns and I thought “weird no one has done a redraft video of that yet,” literally refreshed my home page and this popped up. Weird

As a warriors fan I was happy and excited for the wiseman pick, sucks it didn’t work out
Wiseman doesn't belong remotely in the top 10, heck not even the top 20. Literally any other player (including Jalen Smith) would be a better pick, especially at #10 given the Suns already had Ayton.

This was a bum draft class. Not because of the players but because of the GM's. The Warriors wasted the number 2 pick on a guy who had no game whatsoever, only played 14 games in college, just because he was long and athletic. The Bulls wasted the 4th pick on a guy who wasn't even a starter on his college team. Finally the Pistons drafted another guard. Because….reasons. There are no draft busts here. Just front office busts. Everyone drafted has a right to be in the league. Just some of these guys were no where near where they got drafted.

seems like you're going best 10 guys or picks instead of best fit. would gs want to draft a backup pg at #2? would Atlanta want another young defensive wing after drafting hunter the year prior? idk…..if that's the case lamelo would be a better pick at #2 for gs

The only reason Wiseman looked slightly better this year is because the pistons had very little good players so of course he got more playing time.
This draft has turned out to be so deep. And it's loaded with great shooters. Given how important shooting is, I'd take it over a lot of drafts with more hyped top-end talent.

everything else was reasonable but the suns would been 1000% better off if they picked Deni, not Wiseman. wiseman doesn't even scratch the top 14 in this draft class imo.

Wiseman wasn't great but other then that this was and absolutely amazing class that has alot of contributing players and a few can be stars forsure.
