I feel like Giannis would be almost guaranteed to OKC if the Bucks choose to trade him. Chet + 6-7 first can’t be turned down. Memphis is their only real competition but they should know Ja wouldn’t stay either and he’s a free agent only 2 years later. The thing to me is that I don’t think the Bucks will do that. I think they’ll try their best to keep him all the way until free agency. That opens the door to teams like Brooklyn or the Knicks. I don’t think Giannis would go to the Lakers cause he really doesn’t fit their team and he’s not going to leave one old team in the Bucks to go to another old team in Golden State. I’d love to see Giannis and Steph play together but I think he wants a younger team who fits his timeline better. The best options in my opinion are OKC, Brooklyn, and Memphis in that situation. They all also have decent to really good draft picks stocked up with young talent and would have an easy time clearing cap space. Those three are super obvious to me and if he also wants a bigger market, that’s Brooklyn.
