at times like these would be a much more interesting tournament + teams like Lithuania I would assume would actually have a chance to win these series if this game was a fluke.
also, fiba rule taking just 2 best country teams to olympics is total BS, considering that america has 2 too yet three if not four time less countries to compete for the tickets
lastly, I feel lithuania and their fans, they seem so unlucky regarding this fiba competitions lately – last time they lose to spain having illegal american carrying them over for the win and now winning it all group games and because of huge flaw in the tournament settings after one lost match going home 🙂

Congratulations Serbia, they played really well, and the Serbian national team should always be respected! It's a pity that our team didn't play after the match against the USA, and we didn't concentrate against one of the strongest national teams in the world, that's what I was afraid of. I will definitely watch you in the final, good luck!
Very sad that Latvia won't get to face Braliukas in the final but I think Lithuania had curse of playing vs weak opponents and this is the result – very lazy defending, it's crazy how often serbs just sprinted through the defense and scored.
Latvia got through 2 death groups, defeated Gold champions ( Spain ), silver ( France) and now it's time for bronze ( Germany)

Also Lithuania played a great tournament, maybe today they were lacking that mental focus and energy after the win against USA which made us all think, they can contest for a medal.
Anyway, maybe in the future there is going to be more rest days between games, like 3 rest days or something.
My thoughts are with the Serbian player who had to have his kidney removed in two operations after an elbow check from a Sudanese player.
Hope he recovers!
