    No way to do so unless it's at the trade deadline and they are stinking. Carlise loves him and he would arguably be the best center the mavs have ever had(not saying he's better than Tyson but the argument can be made). And he would form a great tandem even when Lively is ready. As MT is a Stretch 5 which would me a different look and a lethal weapon as Luka's best offense is the 5 and out.

    Might even take a injury for them to move him. If the price is cheap then, I'd still do it.

    Im down to give homles a chance but yall make a good point I mean the Kings pretty much just took McGee over him and thats kinda saying something without saying something ya know

    I would not let loose with almost anyone of the roster right now…. so swapping our future for a center today is risky business….. i'd rather have Lively on the court for as long as they can afford….. watching his summer tape, he's worth the minutes just for the D….. also i see Holmes as more of a 4 than a 5 ….. but he's a monster on D as well….. and i'm good starting Holmes at the 5 for now. One last point…. anyone they bring in right now had better get into the attitude on this team, totally reflecting their coach!

    Bottom line? The last thing the Mavs need to do is sell off their future at bargain prices….. any center you trade for is on borrowed time so not worth much….. maybe Jaden only because he's the worst on D of our multitude of guards….. if this were a poker hand, i'd hold 'em!
