Once you put on a heat jersey you gotta be prepared to get snubbed for personal accolades but enjoy long/fruitful post season success, titles with a formidable HEALTHY cast and guaranteed your team will be fight tooth and nail to win. Stern/Silver + media have had it out for Miami/Riles for some time now. No one is gonna gaslight me into thinking otherwise.

Wade got robbed? Bron averaged 28/7/7 on a 66-16 1st seed team with Mo Williams as his number 2 option lol. Wade was good that year also but not even close to “robbed” considering he had good counting stats like Bron but a much worse team record (43-39)

The MVP isn’t a best player award. Failing to win it isn’t always a snub.

I think Tyson Chandler’s DPOY should have been given to Lebron.

A lot of league hates Riley will always be like that but they keep losing and we keep winning so don’t matter Shaq wasn’t in heat when he lost

Bron and Nash definitely deserved their awards. Everything else is definitely debatable though.

Nah. I disagree with all of these lmao. Not a single one of our guys were robbed here

Bron and Nash 100% deserved those MVPs. No question.

If Karl Malone didn’t win in 99, Tim Duncan would still deserve the MVP more than Zo did. It’s close though.

Gasol was a beast that year. #1 defender on the #1 defensive team in the league. And I woulda put Joakim and Tyson Chandler over Bron for DPOY that year too.

Smart was the only one in this list that absolutely should not have won. I don’t think Bam is the clear cut winner that year though. Rudy, Jaren Jackson, and Robert Williams were all crazy good that year too.
