Couple of new things I missed when they happened or is new reporting
1. Harden pouted when he didn’t get an all star nod and didn’t respond to the league on if he would play as replacement. Eventually league stopped waiting for confirmation he’d play, and moved on to Siakim to replace KD.
2. Doc is a bitch made leader. You are a HOF coach. “top 10” all time coach. You don’t need to use the players concerns in a meeting about Harden partying in Miami. Makes a toxic situation. You are the leader, you either lay down the law or you don’t. But the “your teammates have concerns” is shitty leadership.
3. Embiid did invite him to his wedding
Harden seems to take everything personal and to his detriment.

Best option if Harden only cares about money: Sixers. Get paid 35m this year, play good, be a good teammate/role model, get another big contract, its that simple. Best option if Harden wants to win: Sixers. At times they were the best team in the league last year, playing with the MVP and had every opportunity to make it to the finals. Best basketball option: Sixers. He always has the ball in his hands, led the league in assist, and gets constantly asked to shoot more. Instead wants to go to the clippers with 3 other guys who constantly needs shots and the ball in their hand?
Instead, he acts like a self-centered loser and essentially ruined any chance for another big contract, will never win a championship, and pretty much ruined his legacy….like wtf dude
