Lakers sign F/C Christian Wood to a two-year deal | NBA | UNDISPUTED



The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly signed forward/center Christian Wood to a two-year deal, which includes a player option. The team has finally filled a need in the frontcourt alongside Anthony Davis. Skip Bayless, Richard Sherman and Keyshawn Johnson react to the LakeShow’s signing.

    man if this guy stays healthy he’s exactly what the lakers or any team for that matter needs ..but esp the lakers to take pressure off ad and lebron in the paint and he can hit from the perimeter ? The lakers never miss ! Except for when they thought Dwight Howard could replicate what shaq did

    Your not playing c wood at the 5 he’s a poor rebounder for his position and can lack defensively and struggles against power players, and he has motor issues he can be lazy and give up on plays a lot, despite this i still think it’s a good fit

    what has Christian woods ever won in his career it sounds good that he's on the Lakers roster I'll have to see some action first before I can make a determination of if this was to work I will have to see some some games into the regular season and I can tell you after the first ten game if the Christian would situation is going to work or will the Lakers have to rotate their lineup eataly because he's not a good fit because of his defensive lapses that he has at times that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it 🤔💡👍🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀💯✔️

    As usual … Skip is the voice of reason. Lakers signed him because they had to. He got signed at such a low price because he ain't more valuable than that. Or maybe just slightly more. Come this season, as usual everything Skip says 80% will come true and the rest of these people and even those who have left the show, will look like stupid talking heads. As for Lebron … still waiting for him to show he can win his 5th. Im tired of people creating excuses for him. Lakers traded 2 arms and a leg for what he wanted already. I dont think they have much left. If after all of that, the only thing they got back was a fluke bubble title, i think they invested poorly.
