Never let this man leave
What a shot in the arm during a total dead period. He’s ready for this, I really feel it. He and Jaylen are going to have new aura of not just This is Our Team, but This is Our City, lets takeover
That’s *our* fackin supah stah
Fuck everyone complaing that he’s not KG or Butler screaming at teammates
“When I talk, everybody in that organization is going to listen.”
That right there is the attitude we need out of him. Quiet, in control, but he knows he’s the fucking man and he’s stepping up to it. It’s his team and he’s making no apologies for the fact, and that’s all we need.
Danny Ainge really saved my life with this pick
>focusing on being more effective shooting 3’s off the dribble. And one other thing he wants to shore up: “I want to make an all-defensive team,” Tatum says. “That’s what I want
Those were definitely two facets that were lacking last season.
>Tatum admits that he and Brown struggled to mesh early in their careers. But they have improved significantly over the past two seasons, especially on the offensive end of the floor.
>“I’m still 25 and he’ll be 27 in two months,” Tatum says. “We’re far from perfect. We won’t ever get the credit we deserve until we actually win a championship. That is the ultimate goal, but you can’t bypass all the things we’ve accomplished in the six years we’ve been teammates at a very young age. We’ve been to the playoffs every single year, we’ve gotten better. Yes, it took some time to figure out how we can be as special as we can be, and how we can co-exist and do it together. **I know everybody says, ‘They take turns.’ I feel like we got to a place where we were feeding off each other, playing really well.”**
Makes me wonder how many times they have practiced together then outside of that one that was shared on Twitter. I’ll be very curious to see how they have worked on that dynamic.
>“I just feel like I relate more, a lot more in these last two years. At first it was like I live here, but I’m from St. Louis. I’m a St. Louis kid. Now I’m a part of Boston. I really feel a connection with the city and the people of Boston.”
>“You never know what can happen, but I love playing for the Celtics,” he says. “I figured out my space in the city and have grown to really enjoy it. I love the fans. It would be really hard to leave this place.”
Guaranteed that Zarren already has the next contract extension drafted and saved on his computer. Look forward to when he signs it.
“I want to make an all-defensive team” AND YOU SHALL
Never leave
He’s ready, JB is ready, and if these two can really connect and flow, it will happen. To the rafters JT. He will be a Celtic legend.
It’s a shame he’s gotta waste prime years with someone as unproven/unreliable as Porzingis on the team. Tatum is the ideal franchise player – but unless he takes a huge step where he can routinely take over as the best player in the league – this team probably won’t be able to win a title for a few years. Way too many durability concerns with his teammates.
The dude just fucking GETS it.
Love the perspective, I think this is gonna be a monster year for Tatum. Cannot wait.
That is a very good read tbh
Giannis: “sign all my bros or I’m out”
Lillard: “I’m retiring unless I get traded to Miami”
Harden: “I have a blood feud with Morey”
Tatum: “yo Boston it’s Deuce’s 1st day of school!”
I’ll tell you what doesn’t matter most to him…
It sure is nice to have a non-problematic superstar who always says the right thing. Dude just loves ball and his son.
Screw Ime right in his stupid ass. Jerk face idiot
