We are in the top 3 or 4. I honestly think of you remove SGA from being counted as young (he is going into his sixth season) we are better then OKC in terms of a young talent.

Lmao this was also posted on the blazers sub and everyone has us bottom 3. Let me check if the others have it as well and get back to you.
EDIT: Pistons fans have us middle of the pack. Blazers, Hornets and Spurs fans have us among the worst cores. Indy and OKC subs didn’t have this post trending.

I love our core as a whole, but as things currently stand we don’t have a legit star just yet like many of these other teams
So we are towards the bottom of this list until one of our pups proves to be an all star
Putting more value on currently successful players (besides Spurs at 6 that’s all potential of one guy)

SGA as part of OKC’s “young” core is starting to feel like Ben Simmons ROY meme.

Shai, Hali, Simons and Lamelo for me can’t be in this discussion. They all got their extensions. I will put us number 1 no doubt in my mind. Those 3 are not even our whole young core. The other teams have either one more, or no other good young players.

Best core period fuck being unbiased or whatever, we are easily the best
Genuinely curious why OP felt the need to put Sengun in that pic instead of Amen?
I would rank it number 1.
But reality would have us behind OKC, ORL, and probably the Spurs until we prove how good we are.
Might be petty, but 25 and older shouldn’t really count as “young” in NBA terms.
but if they are.
