The Atlanta Falcons are all set to take on the Carolina Panthers on Sunday at Mercedes Benz stadium. Arthur Smith will be looking to hinder Frank Reich’s debut as the head coach for the Panthers. Jon Chuckery previewed this NFC South matchup.
Arthur Smith and Terry Fontenot focused on upgrading the personnel on the defensive side of the football. Arnold Ebiketie is coming into his second season with a lot to prove. Jon Chuckery talked about how he will have his eyes on Ebiketie because the Falcons’ defensive line is the key to them turning things around defensively.
Desmond Ridder is another player on the Falcons’ roster that has a lot to prove. Chuckery asked listeners whether or not Ridder will go over 25 pass attempts a game in his first full season as the starter.

You need to go listen to the 929's interview with Art yesterday.
Instead of suggesting or implying or guessing what this Yes Falcons Offense will look like and what Art will do. He straight-up told you yesterday in the interview.
If you can comprehend: he said again for I don't know the thousand time. I know folks like to hold us to what we did last yr and ran the ball. But we tried to pass, we tried to hit Pitts but for whatever reason we couldn't, and we didn't get it done. He said so we turned to what we were best at to stay competitive and what Marcus could handle. So we ended up running Wishbone like the old GA tech days. And people still couldn't stop it.
Then he said but we change every yr. We threw a lot in 21 ran a lot in 22 but this yr we have assembled the talent to do both the goal is to be more balanced more explosive. Kyle is going to have a big yr. Kyle and London both are 22 years old, will grow together and they are going to hit and it's going to be great! We feel like we have the QB that can do it all now.
