Par for the course as a Magic fan. Going to our one national TV game this year vs OKC(same one they took from us last year). But we’re just used to it here in Orlando being the red headed step child. Although I think having a star like P5 can change that narrative. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Adam Silver secretly wishes he could move the team to a big market. We lowkey like the disrespect though…
Thanks for the great video! I totally agree with you, however, Paolo seems laser focused on winning and he's seriously still figuring out his game. More national attention would just add weight to what he's got in front of him.
Similar to his choice to play for team USA instead of Italy – he passed on being the star of the team and went for a bench position to work on his game and build relationships within the league he plays. He's in it for the long haul and he's simply focused on sharpening his skills so he can better help his team win.
In my opinion, anyway… plus being more low-key is a blessing in a way… it's consistent with the way he's worked his ass off to get as far as he has thus far…
If bad luck was to fall on Detroit then I'd say they survived very nicely
