Avramovic was robbed. His entire production is not shown on the stat sheet but his constant pressure on the ball handler caused a bunch of 8 second violations, drawn charges, illegal screens, balls being thrown away, travels, tough shots etc.
He was an absolute pest in the whole entirety of the knockout stage. Had a 4 steal/1 block game against Lithuania in the quarter final, locked up an All-NBA First Team member in the semi-final and had a few momentum switch plays in the final as well.
Brooks had a great tournament as well, but individually Avramovic had a better defensive showing this World Cup.
