Jaren's not overrated, if u watch basketball you'll see that his defensive gift is a gift & a curse. He can stay with any position 1 on 1 & it's a game of switches which takes him out of positions for rebounds. That leads to some of his foul problems (over the back) along with needing 2 know when to let plays go.
there are 3 types of defenders-roomer, point of attack, and rim protector jaren is an elite roomer defender but ask him to play rim protector and grab rebounding is sus
AD proved to be the superior defender in the playoffs. His poor rebounding & fouls are currently hurting Team USA.
