I love Joakim but the bar for retiring jerseys in a lot of sports is getting way too low

Joakim was the heart and soul of many Bulls teams over the years. Love him, will always support him, even sold him and his bodyguard some weed at Lollapalooza in 2010, but he wasn’t good enough to get that jersey retired. 2013 defensive player of the year and a couple all-NBA defensive teams aren’t going to get you there when you’re splits with the Bulls are
