In this clip, JJ Redick talks about the comments from Giannis Antetokounmpo (not yesterday’s… the ones from earlier this summer). He also provides his take on how long his thinks this Milwaukee Bucks group can keep winning. Then we switch over to that very question with Khris Middleton.

  1. even last year without Giannis' injury, im not that confident.
Teams were younger and developing while the Bucks core already peak and getting old.
They needed 1-2 players to step up big.
    The 2021 team is stronger.

  2. JJ FOR TEAM USA IN THE OLYMPICS. SHOOT THAT THANG AND PODCAST THE WHOLE THING 😂😂😂

  3. Everyone says that this Bucks team is comparable to the 2000s Spurs. However, I would say that this team is more comparable to the early 90s Blazers. The Bucks have plenty of size in both the front and backcourts, they can rebound very well, they have a lot of scoring depth, and they can play great defense.

  4. It all depends on coaching. Budenholzer was almost entirely inflexible. This team should be defending a four-peat.

  5. They don’t got it. Jrue talkin retirement and Kris has been declining. All u need to hear.

  6. Im eager to see if the new coach is also a "play random" enjoyer. hope not because in the playoffs its going to be the same disaster all over again

  7. This team is fraudulent. They made finals cuz every elite team was hurt and severely depleted, which is why you saw them get HUMILIATED by a play in team

  8. The 2021 championship was an asterisk one, the whole league was injury-plagued, Durant basically beat them single-handedly if weren't for that tip of the toe on the line. Durant is now on a better, more stacked team and that team is not really a contender. So bucks are not winning any championships with this current team, not with the current state and level of most nba teams. It's kind of sad that their only championship is not a "real" one.

  9. Shouldve never let pj tucker go. Stupidest move by the front office

  10. They really do need to figure something out. JJ is right about it being an older group. Brook Lopez's resurgence has been huge, but he's in his mid 30s. Jrue Holiday is entering his mid 30s very soon and as a guard. Middleton has injuries. Portis is a nice piece but he's probably at his peak. There isn't a lot to build around here.

  11. Giannis got lucky with that ring. They should have never won that chip. They are not winning anything anymore, everyone has peaked on that team and they will regress

  12. Guys, i am someone who likes to be honest. I think people should be honest and i think people should be allowed to be honest. I think JJ Reddick is a Giannis top hater. Yall remember when Reddick invited Joel Embiid to his show and Reddick said that Joel Embiid and Joker are should be the MVP? After Reddick left out Giannis, Embiid was like why did you leave Giannis. Embiid exposed his distaste for Giannis. Khris Middleton has not been very helpful to Giannis. First of Middleton is very, very inconsistent. In fact, Middleton in not even a number 2 guy. He was never a number 2 guy. Anyway, Giannis goes out and says that he Giannis wants to win…Now all of the sudden Reddick invites Khris Middleton. This is embarrasing. I actually thought he had repented.

  13. Ngl, i very much so doubt the bucks will win another any time soon. It kinda took an especially perfect storm for them to win, injured heat coming off the shortest off-season of all time, nets with injured harden and Kyrie, the hawks in general, + injured trae, then the biggest frauds of all time – the suns, who got even luckier on their run. Now im well aware it takes luck to get to the finals every single year, but that many dominoes falling in place is pretty crazy

  14. Bud f***ked bucks up. He sent all the young talents away didn’t give them time to grow, now bucks is a very old team 😂

  15. this coming season 2023-24 is their only window for this core.
they need to upgrade with younger more energetic 3-4 role players where they can rely upon especially in the playoffs.
2024-25 will be crucial – Giannis will be 30. he has a player option on 2025-26. i am predicting a trade request to happen. where? he needs teams with established shooters or 3&Ds with its core. maybe warriors? mavs, kings or pacers? hmmm.

  16. Bucks have a chance as long as they play in the easy East. The only other constant competitors in the conference is Boston and Miami every other year. Giannis is the only finals MVP of the last 10 years currently playing in the East, meanwhile the West has 5 (6 if Igoudala comes back).

  17. Asides from Giannis, the Bucks have failed to draft and develop any young talent. Quite shameful
