  1. some nice points, but if you look at what was traded for Rudy, only Kessler and a couple first round draft picks will be definite NBA players. With the youth on this team, we needed a vet like Rudy and Mike Conley to balance the inexperience of this team, more than future draft picks and role players. As for KAT. He may be best suited as a second banana and not the key scorer. IF Rudy can be purely a rim protector and much better rebounder this year, he should be exactly what they need to beat teams like Phoenix and Denver. Woofies should be top four this year, if they can stay healthy.
