Milwaukee Bucks should TRADE Giannis by next year

Giannis was on a podcast expressing his desire to be in a “winning situation,” and if that isn’t in Milwaukee, then he will seek to find one elsewhere. He’s done great things for the team and especially the city BUT with this repeated talk of moving on it seems to me that Giannis is unhappy with the organization and maybe sees that there may not be a way to make the team better in the immediate future.

  1. Giannis got us a Ring here in Brew City, if he goes somewhere else I wouldn't blame him as long as he's not trolling us

  2. Dang, Giannis was on track to be one of those Kobe/Dirk-type stars who played their entire careers for one team. I still remember how that 2021 chip was refreshing because it was a chip that was won through the star (surrounded by a solid team, of course) getting it out the mud as opposed to being part of a superteam.
Having said that, if he ever becomes available, I think he'd look great in Heat black and red. Just sayin'. XD
(Edited because I just realized the implications of Giannis going to a squad that more often than not has gotten the better of him – minus the 2021 run.)

  3. I'm gonna keep hating idc giannis bro he keeps talking abt hard work abt winning if ur that hard a worker develop a decent jumpshot and your tewm will be significantly better team as u will be way harder to scheme around.

  4. Hey, but winning isn’t important😁 It’s just about the journey, it doesn’t matter if others don’t want to win just like he didn’t care to win last year🤣

  5. As a Milwaukee native i guess I can be happy I saw my guy win a ring in Milwaukee, Small market teams are constantly having to watch their homegrown stars win rings on other teams with broken hearts.

  6. Giannis is worth too much that trade would make no sense. Its miluakee not Los Angeles nobody is lining up to go to bum fuck hickville no offense to Miluakee

  7. Props to him, though, for choosing not to sign a dumb contract like some other star we know cough cough dame…

  8. Thoughts???

Milwaukee fan here, I’m completely ok with Giannis leaving. He gave us a chip. Can’t ask for more. However, getting a young star and some 1st rounders may be possible in a trade with Giannis. I just find it hard seeing a team that wants to win now giving up a shit load of depth. So we may have to have a three way trade or trade him to a young team that’s mid level but has the young talent for the bucks interest. I can only think of maybe the grizzleys, kings, knicks, cavs. Maybe lakers. Considering all theses teams are relatively young besides the lakers. It would make sense for the bucks organization maybe not Giannis.

  9. Trade Kay, Dray, Kuminga, + another young player, 3 first, 2 lick swaps…Steph and Giannis let bring duos back.

  10. NBA players are so infuriating nowadays. They can’t take accountability, and they’re so hyper-public about private situations. We should NOT know that a player is interested in a trade.

  11. Trade him to okc as power forward for all those picks they’ve been saving, that would be dope but probably very unlikely

  12. I don't see how Milwaukee can't be considered a "winning situation". they won the title only a few years ago, and Giannis being there means they could attract players to build a team around him like Denver did with Jokic

  13. Money does things to alot of people, his attitude and persona has changed, that much can definitely be said. Agree 💯 with your take

  14. Honestly he’s right tho champions make legacy and he’s putting pressure on the bucks to get him star or get him the hell outta of there. He wants rings and I don’t mind him having this mindset since he won. If it was like a devin booker doing this then this would be wrong cuz nigga has won

  15. He's lashing out becauase the Bucks got rid of Coach Bud (who Giannis really likes), and they couldn't even land a marquee coach to replace him with.

  16. I would rather him say “miluwakee trash i want to live somewhere better” instead of talking about this “I want to win” BS. Like how are you going to win when you’re literally taking up 60% of the salary cap?
