An alternate history where you guys traded Jokic to Portland instead of Nurkic would have been crazy. As fun as a Dame-Joker duo would have been it would have sucked for your squad of course. Glad for you guys that Jokic’s talent and value was recognized. I see it as similar to the Bucks-Warriors trade for Bogut where Milwaukee chose Monta over Steph. I think about how good a Steph-Giannis duo would have been and how that would have been a typical Warriors decision at the time.
